Even before ESG became its own investment sector, Tralee was actively employing ESG criteria in its acquisitions, operations and long-term asset management to create healthy, safe and affordable communities for individuals with moderate and low incomes.
The leadership team at Tralee Affordable personally invest in each transaction along side our equity partners. We have been acquiring well located affordable assets in critically supply-constrained markets since 2013. Due to our strict investment standards, we evaluate and underwrite less than 15% of the affordable assets that come onto the market. We use an active and institutional approach to acquisitions and asset management.
